Location: the hotel was so close to museums, the public areas and the centre of Craiova. Popped in Soho Bar&food for shots before sleep, it was relatively close to the venue.

Brilliant place with amicable staff, everything was good! A wide array of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. The service was absolutely good. Besides, I was able to park on site.

The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the staff were extremely helpful, even giving us a tour of the fantastic pool.

Everything is clean and good, the units are attractive and huge, and there is an excellent restaurant with hot meals.

There was a known problem with the temperature control and air conditioning, which could make for an uncomfortable stay if visiting during particularly hot weather.

The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff are very courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plus, there's an ample selection of tasty breakfast and dinner options, and the gym and pool are excellent for keeping up with your fitness routine. Location-wise, it's close to several top tourist spots, so it's perfect for sightseeing. there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

The air-conditioning/heating system seems to have issues, and sometimes it's difficult to adjust the temperature in the room, which can be annoying if you're particular about the temperature. Another significant drawback is the additional charge for the use of spa facilities that were free previously.

the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was near the city center and tourist attractions. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The pool and spa access was not free for hotel clients and was almost the same price as for outside clients. we had to pay for extra coffee capsules in the room for the coffee maker which we found to be a bit overpriced.
